Mine is the the early 80’s Suzuki Katana 1100. The styling of this draws me in like you wouldn’t believe. At the time it was also the Fastest Production Motorcycle on the planet.
I would love to get one of these and upgrade the suspension and brakes to modern standards. It would make an awesome restomod motorcycle as shown below.

I have next to no knowledge about motorcycles, but there ya go

Triumph Daytona 675 Special Edition.
I have never ridden one, and I hear you either love or hate the ergonomics, but man they look cool. Especially with the satin blue frame of the SE.

The hamster gave me a new appreciation for this bike.

I had a hard-on for the CX650 Turbo when I was in the 9th grade.
I also like the CBX, but I don’t really get that excited about motorcycles.

Hmm.. so many options. Design-wise let it be this one

Yeah you can’t go wrong with that one.

Totally a sentimental pick, but a KZ1000. That’s what my dad had growing up. First bike I rode by myself.
Other favorites include the Street Glide, V65 Magna, V-Max, XR650, Speed Triple, etc. I can’t pick a favorite!

Too many to pick just one... But I suppose this is always a contender:

MV Agusta F4 RR

I grew up in a Harley-Davidson family, so my definition of a sport bike was this:
As soon as a bike is in the cards, this is what I’ll hunt down.
Edit:Kinja’d.

I really like the 2013+ triumph daytonas Rs. that WILL be my next bike
but I have to admit. the SVX-R has turned out to be more bike then I ever thought its humble beginnings could ever be. handles great, stops on a dime, sounds like a ducati but has that awesome japanese reliability. cheap to insure, a blast to ride. can be set up for track-rat or touring. Easy enough to do the work myself, and parts are plentiful. + the Sv consistently places on top 10 lists for the ‘best bike of all time’
LONG LIVE THE BRAP

Nicely done on the swingarm conversion.

That’s my favorite Harley too! About 5 years ago all my buddies wanted R6’s and all I wanted was an XR1200. Awesome bike indeed.

You have epic taste!

Pretty sure it’s the same swingarm. I think it’s just hidden behind the passenger pegs and exhaust on the factory bike. I could be wrong tho.

go and look for a Buell if you want a HD sportsbike.

Can never go wrong with a Ducati Desmosedici 99R.
(I have no photo to upload, because photos don’t show the awesomeness enough. You must see it in person. :P)

I’ve always had a soft spot for one of these:

I was gonna mention that. These double round headlamp Triumphs look absolutely awesome.

I’ve always have had a soft spot for springer front end Harley's. The Hertiage Springer being my favorite because it combines that classic Harley look with just enough modern tech to make it a comfy ride.

I want a Harley, not a Buell.
The badge is everything on an HD.

Yeah, once I posted I realized that whoever did the work cut that whole section of the frame off.

That's really nice looking. I would buy that new.

If I was told I could take any motorcycle for a spin once before I die, it would be a motogp machine.

Or rather, maybe I should say the completed version in my head of the XS650 currently sitting in pieces in my garage.

I’ll start by saying that I don’t care for bikes at all. The occasional Harley is nice, but most bikes, regardless of brand do nothing for me.
That said, I am fully intent on buying myself a Honda Grom within the next 1-2 years.
I love them because they’re all about living life at wide open throttle. Plus my commute is only around 8 miles to work and then 8 miles back, even shorter if I move into the house I would like to. Plus they’re fairly cheap, it would cost me about $5 for two weeks of riding, and at 6’ (and a rookie) I know I’d look ridiculous, which I’m cool with.

Too bad I’m just seeing this, I used to have a 1982 Suzuki GS1100e. Favorite bike, it sounded amazing with V&H 4-1 exhaust with no baffle. I wish I had that bike back just for how amazing it sounded.

I had the brightest idea to ride a Blackbird - not bad.
